Talkpool Expands in Americas with New Deals, €500K Purchase Orders

Talkpool Group is expanding its presence in the Americas, securing new contracts and purchase orders totaling €500,000, according to Dagens Industri. This expansion follows a period of consolidation, with the company strategically focusing on developed markets in Europe and North America. Talkpool reported 10% growth, measured in Euros, during the first six months of 2025. A pivotal element of this expansion is a new Frame Agreement with a global telecommunications equipment supplier for operations throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. Under this agreement, Talkpool will distribute communication and smart power solutions, including turn-key smart solar solutions offered directly to local businesses. The first project, scheduled for October-December 2025, is projected to generate US$357,000 in sales, inclusive of installation services. To effectively manage these activities, Talkpool is establishing a subsidiary in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In the United States, Talkpool's Miami-based company has secured a separate Frame Agreement with a leading global telecommunications and network infrastructure provider. The company is preparing to conduct radio magnetic measurements across the U.S. and anticipates an initial purchase order of US$65,000 in the near term. Talkpool emphasizes the strategic importance of this client relationship and will prioritize service quality and stringent cost management. Furthermore, Talkpool has received Purchase Orders for three projects with two clients in Haiti, encompassing fiber optic and related services. These new contracts underscore the company's growing footprint across North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
