Erie Strategic Ventures Invests in Fintech Startups Atomic and Feathery

Erie Strategic Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Erie Insurance, has broadened its portfolio with new investments in technology startups Atomic and Feathery. Launched in August 2022, the firm strategically targets startups that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency within the insurance and financial sectors. In collaboration with Cerity Partners Ventures, Erie Strategic Ventures is supporting Atomic, a brokerage and wealth management solution enabling financial institutions to seamlessly integrate investment offerings into their existing platforms. The fund has also invested in Feathery, an AI-powered data intake platform that streamlines complex workflows, such as underwriting, through automated data validation and integration. According to industry analysis, these investments align with Erie Strategic Ventures' focus on embedded financial services and AI-driven data automation, two critical components of digital transformation in the insurance and financial industries.
