Origo, a new office concept designed to blend the hospitality of a hotel with the functionality of a modern workspace, has been launched. Developed by real estate company Humlegården, Origo is strategically located at the intersection of Solna and Sundbyberg, offering spaces ranging from 220 to 11,000 square meters. The interior design, crafted by Spik Studios – known for their acclaimed hotel designs – focuses on creating an inspiring environment featuring lounge areas and a staffed reception. Jens Folkesson of Humlegården emphasizes the increasing importance of the workplace in attracting and retaining talent, necessitating environments that inspire and simplify daily routines. Origo addresses the evolving demands for flexibility and service in modern work styles. Beyond office spaces, Origo incorporates shared amenities, including a cinema-style meeting room, a large rooftop terrace with an orangery, a fitness center, and a restaurant and rooftop bar.
