Socialstyrelsen Leases 17,600 sqm in Humlegården's Greenhouse Solna

Humlegården has secured a six-year lease agreement with Socialstyrelsen for approximately 17,600 square meters within the Greenhouse property in Solna strand. Socialstyrelsen is expected to occupy the premises beginning in the spring of 2027. The Greenhouse building has undergone extensive renovations and modernization, with a strong emphasis on material reuse. It is also targeting BREEAM In-Use certification. Humlegården's CEO stated that this agreement validates the location's appeal and the property's capacity to provide a contemporary and adaptable workspace. Furthermore, the lease is considered a mutually beneficial partnership due to Socialstyrelsen's dedication to sustainability, which aligns with the property's commitment to circularity and energy efficiency.
